He has been trying to create a "perfect" woman for himself, and he has succeeded in doing so. She's the main character and is the fifth one of his manufactured companions. He obviously neglects and mistreats her, that is the reason why she wants to find out what he is hiding down there. Her sidekick is Karloff, my favorite character; the last remains of one of the dismemebered men: a disembodied talking head and a rebel hand with a mind of its own. This is a strange mix of Frankenstein -of course-, Through the Looking-Glass and The Walking Dead that amazingly works together.
